1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our AI platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the service.
2. Appropriate Use of AI Services
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform to interact with Large Language Models and specialized AI tools.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, generating content that violates the intellectual property rights of others, promoting hate speech, or creating malware.
3. AI Output and Disclaimer
Our service aggregates output from multiple, third-party AI models. The materials and AI-generated outputs are provided 'as is.'
- Accuracy: We and our third-party suppliers make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI output.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output generated by the AI before relying on it or using it in any public or commercial setting.
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your input (prompts). The ownership of the AI-generated output is subject to the terms of the specific third-party model used to generate that output.
4. Balance System and Payments
Our service operates on a balance-based system. The amount you pay is directly added to your account balance, which never expires and remains valid indefinitely. All payments are processed securely through our payment processing partner.
No Refunds: Once a payment is successfully processed and the amount is added to your account balance, we do not offer refunds for purchased balance.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or AI outputs on our website.
